Brochure 2016 Campaign
We will starting our brochure campaign this week and go through September 1, 2016. If you asked someone last year, please reach out to the company again this year. Don’t be afraid to ask a new businesses you never know what happens.
Please send logo/ artwork in TIFF or JPEG format by September 1st for printing to Kim Gunnip. If your payment is not included with this form, your advertisement will not be included in this years brochure.

We are looking for someone to shawdow in the following postitions as they will be open next year and we thought it would be easier to shadow this year!

Coaches vs Cancer and Future Night: Wednesday, October 5th
We will be collecting spare change from NOW until October 5th. We will selling baked goods and t-shirts! Last year we were just shy of $1,000 with collecting change… MY GOAL $2000! WE can do it! All money will go directly to Griffen’s Guardians!
2016 Season Info
- Mandatory Parent Meeting for JV & Varsity morning of August 20th at 10:30am by the main High School parking lot bleachers.
- Fundraising: We will be asking for your purchase (5) chicken BBQ tickets, (5) Number lottery tickets and (5) Applebees pancake breakfast tickets to sell. The is cost of $100 each player. All money needs be collected at the meeting by cash or check made out to CNS Field Hockey. You can sell the tickets and get all your money back. Please plan accordingly
